Text to Family:
So they did a deep suction of Crosby's nose/lungs and then took him off
O2! We're doing another trial run since he's only been on .01 all day.
If he has to go back on, they'll start the at home O2 procedures
tomorrow. Meaning we'll take him home (99% chance) Thursday! Either on
or off oxygen.
He's still eating, pooping/peeing, and holding his temp really well.
Tomorrow we will do the car seat test, he'll get one more jaundice test,
and have his routine heart exam. And maybe the oxygen procedures too.
Depending on how he does in the next 24-48 hours.
Please pray that he will be able to keep his oxygen levels above 90%,
that he'll continue to eat well and gain weight, that his jaundice
levels will stay low, and that he will continue to hold his temp.
The nurses here have been so amazing. They love our Crosby. I keep hearing them call him "our little champ" or "the cutie in the corner." They've all commented on how cute & round his head is and how handsome he is.

Noteworthy: There have been SO MANY people bringing us meals, gifts, groceries, and so much more. Today, the Claysons took the big kids to the park for the afternoon.
