Cute Andlie has been toying with the idea of creating "Adventure Club!" Her first members are Haze & Nora. This morning, she wanted to take them outside to on on an adventure (AKA walk around the neighborhood)! And then they invited Mom & Dad to come! Of course we had to. We have such cute kiddos.
Since it was so nice to be outside in the sunshine, we made a picnic and had lunch at the park today! We love the sun!
During Nora's afternoon nap, me & Bryan were inside relaxing. Apparently a bee flew by Andlie's face and scared her a bit. So naturally, she came inside and drew a picture of what had just happened. (The two things on the right are the soccer goals we have set up outside.) She's quite the little artist.
After naps, we all went outside for even more sunshine. Haze came inside & found the weird plastic hat that all of our kids have loved and the blue "catcher" and then asked to use the empty Diet Coke box. He told us that he was a transformer! Good job using your imagination, Bud!
We spent the rest of the day outside. Even watched the sun set. Nora was awe-struck by the beautiful colors in the sky. She loved it.
When the sun finally went all the way down, she was mad. She kept saying, "There's no more orange in the sky. Where'd the bright go? There's not any more bright in the sky. The lights went to bed."
